Please refer to your private booking details for your check-in time and amount of time booked.
Booked time example: If you booked an event from 1pm-3pm, you are welcome to start set up at 1pm and everyone must be out of the suite by 3pm.
*Extra fees may be incurred if these times are not adhered to - to help us accommodate potential new incoming guests.

Penthouse guests have access to (1) parking permit for the lot between Yellowstone Ave and Idaho Mountain Trading Company (across from WeeBee Toys, off B Street). The permit can be found in your suite if needed. $25 replacement fee.
Additional Free Parking: Available all day in the middle of Constitution Way, just one block away.
Street Parking Limits:
Most street parking Downtown is free for 2 hours per block Monday-Friday (8 AM - 6 PM) and
Free all day on Weekends.

Penthouse guests have access to (1) Gym Fob to Downtown Ambition. Downtown Ambition is a private gym for downtown residents.
Location: 510 Shoup Ave
The fob can be found in your suite. $25 replacement fee.

The floor is Travertine and will scratch.
Please feel free to move these lighter items around as you'd like - with caution. Please reach out to us if you would like help.
Please note the floors are travertine and can scratch with improper use.
Please do not tamper with your alarms as that can set them off as well.
The entire floor will have the alarm go off. The fire department typically arrives within minutes. Once the building has been cleared as safe, the alarm is disabled.
DO NOT use the elevator in the event of a fire.
In the event of excess smoke in the kitchen - please utilize the vent above the stove. This is very strong and can help quickly.
Please walk at least 25' away from the property if you need to smoke. This is to ensure that all guests have a smoke free environment in this remodeled-historic building.
If guests are smoking on the property, at least a $1000 fee will be incurred, to allow us to properly remove of the smoke smell from the unit and property.
Please reach out to us before your event if a trained service animal will be in attendance, to help avoid any confusion. We absolutely understand their important need and highly respect their services. :)
At least a $500 fee will be added if a pet is brought in.
Building Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
Please be respectful of guests on floors 3 and 2 and keep guests in your group in The Penthouse.
Do Not use the Fire Door Exits leading outside. They will set off the fire alarm and the fire department will arrive. Additional fees may apply if the fire department is dispatched due to the outside fire doors being opened.
The Interior Fire Door, located next to the elevator, is safe to use during the entirety of your stay. Please feel free to use that door at your leisure. *Please note it does lock when closed.
It is not required, but we would be most appreciative if you could please bag all your trash.
If you'd like to take your trash out:
Use the North Elevator to access the 1st floor and exit to the alley where yellow dumpsters are located.
- Liquids like drinks or oils etc. on bedding
- Unreasonably Loud music
- Candles or Incense
- Hair Dye
- Illegal substances
- Weapons
- Power tools allowed on the premises.

The Penthouse - Elevated Events and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, medical issues, accidents, or losses that occur on the property or as a result of its use. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Penthouse - Elevated Events, its owners, and operators against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their stay or event. Guests are encouraged to exercise caution and care while using the facilities to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
Please only use one at a time. Do not start a new session until the fan has turned off.
The breaker will flip if you try to use both at the same time.
Light Therapy Rules:
*Children are not permitted in the beds.
*Not recommended for use after exercising.
*Always shower before use. Perfumes, lotions, scrubs and oils can affect the user negatively.
*Pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, circulatory or respiratory problems, seizures or epilepsy should not enter without prior medical consultation.
*Do not use the beds while under the influence of any type of alcohol, drugs, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictor, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers.
*Remove all metal jewelry prior to entering.
*Prolonged use of bed not recommended due to fatiguing effects. Limit yourself to once every 72 hours.
*Do not smoke, exercise, eat or drink beverages in the bed
*Leave the bed immediately if you experience any nausea, dizziness, hot flashes, cold chills, headaches or other discomfort.
*Drink plenty of fluids before and after leaving.
*No shoes, oils, or scrubs of any kind allowed in the bed.
*No cleaning solutions of any kind allowed in the sauna. Only cleaning experts can clean the bed.
*Newspapers, magazines, or other reading materials are prohibited.
*Use caution and common sense.
*Red Light Therapy and Tanning Bed Use:
Step 1: Push the wheeled curtain forward and away from the machines before turning on. The fans are very strong and will pull in the curtains if not moved at least a few feet away from the machines.
Step 2: Always wear eye protection in both machines. We try to always keep reusable eye protection by the timers (subject to availability).
*Please note the red light therapy bulbs are very bright. Eye wear should be on before opening the door.
Step 3: On the control panel, push the up button twice, once you see a "0", press the up arrow button to your desired time setting, then press "Start".
*A 3 minute timer will initiate, to allow you time to enter. *To turn the machine on immediately, press "Start" again.
If repair or assistance is needed, contact us immediately.
*Please call 911, if medical help is needed.*
