Please refer to your private booking details for your check-in time and amount of time booked.
Booked time example: If you booked from 1pm-3pm, you are welcome to start set up at 1pm and everyone must be out of the suite by 3pm.
*Extra fees may be incurred if these times are not adhered to - to help us accommodate potential new incoming guests.
Penthouse guests have access to (1) parking permit for the lot between Yellowstone Ave and Idaho Mountain Trading Company (across from WeeBee Toys, off B Street). The permit can be found in your suite if needed. $25 replacement fee.
Additional Free Parking: Available all day in the middle of Constitution Way, just one block away.
Street Parking Limits:
Most street parking Downtown is free for 2 hours per block Monday-Friday (8 AM - 6 PM) and
Free all day on Weekends.

Penthouse guests have access to (1) Gym Fob to Downtown Ambition. Downtown Ambition is a private gym for downtown residents.

Please use the remote to move the chair legs down before trying to get in to the chair.
Please use caution and common sense.
Improper use could break the massage chair and fees would apply to repair.
Please do not tamper with your alarms as that can set them off as well.
The entire floor will have the alarm go off. The fire department typically arrives within minutes. Once the building has been cleared as safe, the alarm is disabled.
DO NOT use the elevator in the event of a fire.
The popcorn maker works very fast. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR to use, so you understand next steps before turning it on and creating smoke. :)
In the event of excess smoke in the kitchen - please utilize the vent above the stove. This is very strong and can help quickly.
Please walk at least 25' away from the property if you need to smoke. This is to ensure that all guests have a smoke free environment in this remodeled-historic building.
If guests are smoking on the property, at least a $1000 fee will be incurred, to allow us to properly remove of the smoke smell from the unit and property.
Please reach out to us before your event if a trained service animal will be in attendance, to help avoid any confusion. We absolutely understand their important need and highly respect their services. :)
At least a $500 fee will be added if a pet is brought in.
Building Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
Please be respectful of guests on floors 3 and 2 and keep guests in your group in The Penthouse.
Do Not use the Fire Door Exits leading outside. They will set off the fire alarm and the fire department will arrive. Additional fees may apply if the fire department is dispatched due to the outside fire doors being opened.
The Interior Fire Door, located next to the elevator, is safe to use during the entirety of your stay. Please feel free to use that door at your leisure. *Please note it does lock when closed.
It is not required, but we would be most appreciative if you could please bag all your trash.
If you'd like to take your trash out:
Use the North Elevator to access the 1st floor and exit to the alley where yellow dumpsters are located.
- Liquids like drinks or oils etc. on bedding
- Unreasonably Loud music
- Candles or Incense
- Hair Dye
- Illegal substances
- Weapons
- Power tools allowed on the premises.

*Children are not permitted in the sauna.
*Allow yourself at least five minutes after exercising to cool down before entering the sauna.
*Always shower before use. No lotions, perfumes, or oils. They can ruin the sauna wood. (Potential added cleaning fees if oil marks found)
*Pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, circulatory or respiratory problems, seizures or epilepsy should not enter the sauna without prior medical consultation.
*Do not use the sauna while under the influence of any type of alcohol, drugs, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictor, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers.
*Clean swim attire must be worn and participants are required to bring a towel to sit on when using the sauna.
*Remove all metal jewelry prior to entering the sauna.
*The surface of the rocks, heater and surrounding area can be extremely hot. *Exercise caution.
*Prolonged use of sauna is not recommended due to fatiguing effects. Limit yourself to a maximum of 15 minutes.
*Do not smoke, exercise, eat or drink beverages in the sauna room.
*Leave the sauna immediately if you experience any nausea, dizziness, hot flashes, cold chills, headaches or other discomfort.
*Drink plenty of fluids before and after leaving the sauna.
*No shoes, oils, or scrubs of any kind allowed in the sauna. It can damage the wood.
*No cleaning solutions of any kind allowed in the sauna. Only cleaning experts can clean the sauna.
*This sauna is a dry sauna. Please do not pour water on the electric elements that the stones cover.
*Do not use the sauna to dry clothes, swimsuits or towels or place materials near the heater or guard fence.
*Newspapers, magazines, or other reading materials are prohibited.
If repair or assistance is needed, contact us immediately.

How to Use the Sauna:
*The control panel on the wall of the sauna room controls the lights and bluetooth settings.
*Heating controls are located on the metal Harvia Sauna Heater with rocks inside it.
*There are 2 knobs on the right side of the metal Harvia Sauna Heater.
*The knobs are facing the bench.
*The farthest knob is the heat setting - Set that to your desired level. We usually leave it just under the hottest setting.
*The knob closest to you is the timer and there are 2 sets of numbers.
*The 1st set of numbers is the active heat timer.
*The 2nd set of numbers is the time delay.
